INTRO TO POLE- 4 WEEK COURSE

REFORMER FLOW- LEVEL 1:Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body. Using the Pilates reformer, this class is designed to improve flexibility, core strength, and overall alignment. This all-levels class offers modifications and challenges to meet you right where you are.
LEVEL 1:Learn basic spins, grips, body rolls and transitions while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. No experience is required—just bring your energy and willingness to move! Leave your inhibitions at the door. Avoid excessive lotions and oil.
POLE X REFORMER FUSION-ALL LEVELS: Experience the best of both worlds with a dynamic blend of Reformer Pilates and Pole Fitness. This class combines core-strengthening reformer exercises with pole-based movement for a fun, full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and confidence.
BODY LANGUAGE: A powerful full-body workout that blends strength, mobility, and flow. Learn hip rolls, body waves, and smooth transitions while toning your core, improving flexibility, and training with precision. Leave every class stronger, more confident, and unapologetically in control!
FLEX AND FLOW: Unwind, lengthen, and restore in this stretch-based class that blends Pilates reformer techniques with fluidity of pole fitness. Designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility, Flex & Flow leaves you feeling open, relaxed, and re-energized. No experience needed — just bring your body and breathe into the stretch.
BOOTY AND BALANCE: Lift, sculpt, and strengthen your glutes while improving balance and core stability. Learn booty isolations and control techniques, helping you build strength, mobility, and confidence—all while learning to move your body in new, empowering ways.
